Alternate Use: Can be drizzled over salads, added into drinks: shakes, water, coffee, tea, juice, or can be used as a cooking oil. Can also be used externally, directly on your skin.
Directions:
External:- Oils can be used topically like massage oils, or hair oils, or you can make your own blend, and use it for aromatherapy.
Internal:- Take after a meal not on an empty stomach. Take up to 1/2-1 tsp twice daily. Can be digested by mouth as is, or can be mixed with your food or shakes, or drinks to make it more palatable.
